Group Services — Do you cater to corporate groups?
Yes, we cater to corporate groups, schools, families, and groups of friends. For groups of 6 or more, we offer special pricing and personalized itineraries. Contact us so we can put together a custom package for you.
Meals — Are meals included?
Yes. Breakfast, trail lunches with local products, and dinners featuring regional cuisine are included in the full packages. Dietary restrictions must be informed at the time of booking—we cater to vegetarians, vegans, and celiacs.
Additional Costs — What can generate extra costs?
Alcoholic beverages, souvenirs, optional activities not listed in the itinerary, and personal travel insurance are not included. We recommend a personal budget of USD 30–50 per day for extra expenses.
Inclusions — What is included in the packages?
Packages include: certified specialized guide, bike serviced and adjusted to your size, helmet, accommodation (where indicated in the itinerary), meals during the rides, point-to-point luggage transfer, and a support vehicle (SAG) along the route.
Equipment — Do I need to bring my own bike?
That's not necessary. We provide high-quality bikes (trekking, MTB, and e-bikes) that are sized and adjusted to your skill level. If you'd prefer to bring your own bike, it can be transported for an additional fee. We recommend bringing your own helmet and cycling gear.
Preparation — What level of physical fitness is required?
For intermediate itineraries, we recommend being able to cycle 40–60 km per day on varied terrain. For advanced itineraries such as the Andes Crossing, 3 to 6 months of physical preparation is recommended. Upon confirming your reservation, we will send you a personalized training plan.
