All participants must arrive at the Ibis Chía Hotel, located north of Bogotá (approximately one hour from El Dorado Airport). The hotel is next to a shopping center with a Decathlon store, where you can purchase any gear you couldn’t bring on the plane, as well as secure currency exchange services for any money you may need before the tour begins.
Check-in at the hotel starts at 2:00 pm. If you arrive earlier, you may leave your luggage at the front desk and use the hotel’s facilities while waiting for your room to be ready.
We will have a group dinner (included), where we will introduce the experience and go over the details of the tour.
*Airport transfer upon arrival is not included, but we can assist in arranging transportation to pick you up at the airport and take you to the hotel.*

Política de Cancelamento
Uma vez realizada a reserva, não haverá reembolso em caso de cancelamento. A reserva pode ser transferida para outra data disponível, desde que nos informe com pelo menos dois meses de antecedência, a fim de evitar penalidades relacionadas às reservas. Cada vaga é intransferível e não pode ser utilizada como crédito para outros tours na mesma data.
