That's not necessary. We provide high-quality bikes (trekking, MTB, and e-bikes) that are sized and adjusted to your skill level. For intermediate itineraries, we recommend being able to cycle 40\u201360 km per day on varied terrain. For advanced itineraries such as the Andes Crossing, 3 to 6 months of physical preparation is recommended.
